BULLET JOURNAL SETUP

I find that no matter what kind of day I’ve had I can make myself feel better by taking time to be grateful.  This gratitude bullet journal spread gives me a way to be creative at the same time as making myself feel better by taking time to be grateful.

Sometimes it’s just a word that I draw and play around with the font and sometimes, if I feel adventurous, I try to actually draw.  I’m not the best but it’s funt to try.  I totally use google or find inspiration on pintrest.

There really isn’t too much to say about this.  All I know is that when I take the time to be grateful I feel better.

I’ve really been trying to make sure that I’m thankful for everything.  Even the bad stuff.  Especially the bad stuff.  I try to remind myself daily that there are people out there who would be thrilled to have what I have.  I know that I’ve worked hard for the things I have but I am still incredibly lucky.

It’s more about appreciating the little things in life.  I have always been a fan of  Hygge even before I knew it was a thing.  I’ve made a huge effort to be more in the moment and enjoy simple experiences (like a cup of tea in front of a fire) than stuff.

That’s also another thing I like about including this gratitude bullet journal spread.  It’s a simple way to unwind and create but not spend any money.
