All you hear about is overnight oats lately and I’m so horrible about eating breakfast that I figured I’d give it a try. After some research (because where else do you start?) I found one with chia seeds that sounded yummy.
What Worked? What Didn’t? What (if anything) will I adjust next time…..
I know it’s not rocket science or anything but I liked them more than I thought I would. I would say the portions that I made were too filling and could be even smaller. I will definately be adding this to my list of summer breakfasts.
